This initial meeting, whether in person or via video, is our opportunity to connect and share information about our backgrounds. We'll introduce Bozzees, highlight the benefits of collaboration, and discuss your design or product, vision, wishes, and goals. Together, we'll outline the initial steps for our journey ahead.

Following our initial discussions, we create a preliminary Scope of Works (SOW), a document outlining tasks, deliverables, timelines, and crucial details. We collaborate to finalize this SOW, ensuring agreement on the steps to be taken and the objectives we aim to achieve.

As outlined in the SOW service description, upon agreement, we'll send a preliminary agreement for your review, accompanied by a request for a deposit. Your dedicated local account manager, quality manager, or technical engineer will be assigned. Please note that these processes involve time, expenses, and travel costs, necessitating the request for a deposit.

In brief, you can opt for: 1. submitting your design, 2. co-creating with your designer, or 3. collaborating with our network of domestic and foreign designers. This version should be a simplified or analogous representation of the final design. The reason for simplification or resemblance is to safeguard your final design from public exposure.

In Southeast Asia, we engage in negotiations with multiple potential producers/manufacturers. Our process involves researching suitable manufacturing facilities for your design, followed by personal inspections of the best facility(s). Upon completion of the research, a comprehensive report will be sent to you.

Following thorough research and consultation with you, we will organize samples from the factories you've identified interest in and promptly send them to you. This allows you to inspect the samples according to your specific requirements, including quality and appearance.

After receiving your feedback, we initiate contact with the producer/manufacturer for further discussions. Key aspects to agree upon include quality standards, (minimum) order quantity, packaging, guarantees, and delivery timelines. Throughout the actual production phase, we closely monitor every aspect to ensure a seamless execution according to the established plan.

We guarantee a thorough quality and correctness inspection of products, overseeing proper packaging to ensure they are ready for safe shipping.

We handle shipping to the port of your choice, and while you are responsible for importing and transporting to the final destination, we provide early assistance. This allows you to anticipate customs procedures and have a clear understanding of expected costs, duties, and taxes.
